IV. SOCIAL MEDIA
Sharing (share/retweet) of photographs and linking to original content on social media is permitted, with mandatory attribution of the author and source. Downloading photographs in original resolution or editing them without prior permission is not allowed.
V. COMMERCIAL USE
Any commercial use of photographs requires prior written permission from the author. The request must include detailed information about the intended use, medium, location, duration, and other relevant information. An appropriate fee will be charged for commercial use. Minimum conditions for a contract or license include that everything is agreed in writing and that compensation may be proportional to the type of use.
VI. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT (SCREENSHOTS AND TRAILERS)
This website occasionally uses screenshots, official trailers, and other third-party materials exclusively for informational, review, and educational purposes. All trademarks, logos, videos, and visual materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
